The YLOC Annual Dinner
2008
The York Light Opera Company Annual Dinner and Dance 2008 was held at The Gimcrack Room, York Racecourse.
Eric Daines, our very own NODA Area Treasurer, presented NODA long service awards to Karen Hill, Tony Reeves and Hazel Burrows. Presentations were also made to Freda Newby (for an amazing 31 years as Secretary) and Sue Hawksworth for all her work rehearsing us in My Fair Lady.
It was a great night, with wonderful table decorations in the style of the Ascot scene from My Fair Lady and live music from the party band Plan B. |
